Well, what should I say. I'm not only one Jirka in the UK am I. Please see Jirka's website attached - http://www.jirijerabek.net/. As we spoke a couple of months a go, that we planed to do a Czech design session in London but unfortunately it didn't happened yet. Hopefully soon. It wasn’t centered to the company I’m acting as a Lead Designer.
I have to say I’m part of the excellent team with great understanding of online media and implementation for mobile devices and online environment.
This thought was meant in general for “project managers” which sometime make a decision without the general knowledge.
I’m not saying than they can not be creative – not at all, but sometime they force their self to making these decision which affect behaviour / user journey / information flow etc.
I mean definitely stay positive an focused make a decision which belongs to your profession.

“Don’t try to force your self to make these decision in front of the client ” – I believe this quotation and actually whole your article can apply to sales representatives as well – at least in our company, sales people are often doing critical decisions when meeting client, without consulting with design and devel people – and this is bad. Even the “make this bigger, this red and this animated” sort of decisions are often made without context, just because of pleasing customer.
