WOTW – 29

We have another website to look at it today. As a member one of the Linked In group I have been invited to review the design of one new flash application and person who replayed present their own solution which was much better in any case than the main review website.

So lets have a look what these guys prepared as an showcase for us.

The website that I’m talking about is cubic.com.br. First things which took my attention was iconography they use for navigation through projects they present. So when you click you are right in the project – no delay, no secound click, no another scroll or another interaction.

Another screen present information about the studio. I’m sorry to say that but for me it’s not enough. No direct mail, no telephone, no address. In any case you don’t know who you dealing with – one man / woman company or professional studio with all facilities … don’t know.

Organizing projects is nice simple clean – just simply as I  like it. Scrolling can be make much more obvious in same line as you see these three thumbnails in line – don’t you think so? Even that the design is self evident and primary communicate.

And then when you move in, is project itself. Nice tidy on left side related projects, under neath header and description and finally on right side including technologies and of course close button.

Website is present as a movie – great tactics you don’t have to click everywhere and waiting for loading etc you just enjoy what they have done in one place.

And if you like to share – please feel free what ever channel you choose they supported – nice idea. It would be great if other website have this feature so we users don’t need to install all this adons to our browsers.

Finally contact – and again nice and clean but it without any circumstances.

This website was pleasure to browse. All loading time was under the 2 sec thanks to great British broadband from O2. Hope that we have more these websites in the near future. Will be happy to hear from you that you enjoy it.
