Meet the design

Last time when I spoke to Daniel it was on the online IXDA conference which was a couple of month ago. We swooped the contacts and leave for a while. Recently I have been invited to their private Lunch with clients and colleagues and fellows from design field.

Actually wide range of people from RCA – Royal Collidge of Art, Recruitment agencies as well as people fro “dba – design business association”, friends colleagues, girlfriends and even children which make attention all participated. Honestly it was a great design evening I ever have after the past year. People introduce their self, present their self and enjoy the time at friendly studio at  Hackney – London.

“really – that’s great!”

Themes were different to each subjects and individual. Most of the time I heard “really – that’s great!” and really it was. Thanks this occasion I have opportunity to meet people form different part of design and realize that in 8 million agglomeration of  London is basically small village where most of the designers know each other.

I meet also many different nationalities which affirm my conception of multilingual and multicultural London. I realized that there is more design events which I want to be part of it. In that case Design portal readers – can expect more material from UK ratio.

.. encourage them to improve

Finally there was a small enquiry about communication channels and Linked In definitely won. That was good indication for all my friends looking for a good / great opportunity encourage them to improve their profile.
