GIVISION Ver. 9.0

Update needed – It’s another year and another update. Changing technologies and grow in different environment give me a reason change the approach how I would like to communicate and present myself.

No fancy, chunky, blinking website any more! I don’t know. Main question was stay visible an be readable. In this case is probably better to use standards rather than spend month build something fancy in Flash even Director to get presentation done. One of the theme that I have been developing along side with IF CMS is now ready to go live. Let’s have a look what did I use and how do did I managed my content online.

Stage 1.0

Tagline, last three project on stage and a little bit of info “about” me,  contact – do you really need more? I have been researching and making notes for more than two months to pick up right model of presentation which can bee seen as a model of presentation for visual artist. Easy, simple and clean – be focus to the content.

Stage 2.0

Do you think so …

Selection of the projects shouldn’t go over 15! Do you think so? I do, if you can not preset your self in more than 10-15 projects something is wrong. Short CV and 10 project should be fine with someone who is in the industry for 1 even 10  years. Easy to read, easy to choose, easy to send a link.

Stage 3.0

Using jQuery components – is may not necessary but in this particular case it was the option to get red of the project page itself. This page basically include same content in different size so it was a wasting an user intention. My decision go to kryogenix.org/ author of one jQuery component call softscroll.js.

Stage 4.0

About – is necessary page for someone who wanted to know more about you and things you do. Also there should be a connection to you professional CV or any other connection you want to share.
