Wild life at NHM

This Sunday I have an opportunity to visit National History Museum and exhibition WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR 2009 which was for me a bit disappointed. From one side of view it was great to see how professionals use their equipment in concur with way they work with lights and compositions. On another side of view it was good to see a lot of people to be interested in photography in action. I wasn’t expected that huge crowd of people.

From that case whole exhibition was really good. So if you are real fun of photography and you can manage to get London before 26 April 2009, please make some time for yourself and visit this exhibition.

It was too small

The negative part of this exhibition was presentation itself. The format was really small and the quality was so low. They choose present all imagery through lighting boxes which doesn’t have to be bad way to present imagery. Unfortunately the resolution wasn’t that great as should be or as I expected. Luckily some of the images had a great print and contrast in differences on the sharp edge and also from long distance you could fully enjoy all presented pictures.

Memorable shoots

The picture which was choose for cover was made by Stefan Ounterthiner. His personal approach sequent from his main occupation which is environmental journalist. Memorable shoots that is in equity regarded as one a best shot of Wild Life Photography.
