		<description>The question really is who you really are and who wrote the post or comments. At first – if you present your self and you comment some post as freelancer you&#039;ll be seen as a freelancer but not as a employ of XYZ company that you are part of it. That could be difficult from recognizing who you really are.
I&#039;ll use Gravatar for your domain and present yourself online and picture for LinkedIn or similar kind of social networking. Different purpose – different approach – different image.</description>
